Dhruv Kapoor is one of the most exciting designers on the Milan menswear calendar, seamlessly blending traditional Indian fashion and textile craftsmanship with contemporary tailoring and modern construction.

His Fall/Winter 2025 menswear collection is a masterclass in how cultural heritage can be redefined through innovative design, proving that tradition and modernity can coexist effortlessly.

One standout aspect of Kapoor’s work is that his designs feel wearable—crafted for real people. You’d think this would be a given, but in fashion, that’s not always the case.

Drawing inspiration from the energy of metropolitan landscapes and the understated elegance of classic menswear, Kapoor explores the evolution of style through cultural exchange and transformation.

His accessories strike the perfect balance between practicality and statement-making design, ranging from handbags and gloves to charm wallets and bold eyewear.

This was also the first show of the season that I genuinely enjoyed from start to finish. There were no “filler looks” or repetitive pieces—each outfit stood on its own while contributing to the larger narrative of the collection.

From intricate beadwork to thoughtfully chosen fabrics and precise garment construction, Kapoor’s craftsmanship is on par with, if not exceeding, that of some legacy fashion houses. Yet, what sets him apart is his ability to maintain a distinct authenticity that resonates with true fashion lovers. His brand deserves continued growth, success, and global recognition—and if this collection is any indication, it’s only a matter of time.
